A smooth offload starts with the right access. Make sure your delivery site meets these before dispatch.
- Accessible by a 40 ft articulated truck - minimum 100 ft straight approach for tilt-bed delivery.
- Level, firm ground capable of supporting up to 30,480 kg (67,200 lb) loaded weight.
- Minimum 18 ft vertical clearance - clear of power lines, tree limbs, awnings.
- Adult present at site with authority to sign the proof-of-delivery.
Extra charges may apply for:

- · Local permits (oversize load / escort vehicle)
- · Demurrage or storage after 3 free days
- · Redelivery attempts due to access issues
- · Waiting time beyond 60 minutes on site

Damage in transit?
Inspect on arrival. Note any visible damage on the driver's proof-of-delivery before signing. Photograph from multiple angles and email us within 48 hours. Signing "clean" waives visible-damage claims against the carrier.
